· Purchasing Strategies: define the category plans and respective budgets for the responsible categories; Introduce new suppliers through scouting activities and engaging internal stakeholders. Collaborate with the Warehouse and Planning to optimize stock inventory.

· Procurement Process: manage purchase requests through received RFPs. Check the completeness of the information received, especially regarding the SOW. Collaborate with the stakeholders requesting the service to define the supplier or the list of suppliers to involve in the tenders. Transform RFPs into RFQs by company procedures through the company workflow system. Negotiate with suppliers and draft framework agreements or other contractual forms.

· Stakeholder Relations: monitor supplier performance and resolve any quality/reliability issues; Be the point of contact for all internal stakeholders for the purchasing categories of relevance.

· Supplier Records: Manage information regarding suppliers’ data in line with Privacy Law and company procedures. Ensure the management and collection of NDAs according to procedure.
